Bio:
Anne leads the team that manages the ISU Digital Repository, Iowa State’s institutional repository that provides free public access to research and scholarship by ISU faculty, students, and staff. She collaborates with library colleagues to support and promote the library’s open initiatives.
Anne’s previous positions include Digital Projects Librarian at the University of Iowa, Assistant Librarian at the University of Minnesota, and Scholarly Communication Librarian and Music Librarian at Illinois State University. Her publications include co-authored articles on faculty engagement with open access, textbook affordability initiatives, and institutional repository management in College & Research Libraries, Notes: The Quarterly Journal of the Music Library Association, portal: Libraries & the Academy, Serials Review, and Music Reference Services Quarterly, as well as book chapters on library instruction, outreach, and professional development published by Association of College & Research Libraries, American Library Association, A-R Editions, and IGI Global. Anne is a current production editor for Journal of Librarianship and Scholarly Communication, a former co-editor-in-chief of Music Reference Services Quarterly and assistant editor of Notes, and has served on the Board of Directors and as a special officer for the Music Library Association.
