- Preferred rights statement for use in Iowa State University Library metadata.
- Usage:
- Use this rights statement when the item is under copyright but appropriate written permission (signed copyright permission form, etc.) has been obtained from the rights holder. The rights statement should be followed by a) who the rights holder is and b) who granted the permission. For example, append the following text to the rights statement: "Copyright remains with [rights-holder]. Reproduced by permission of [rights-holder]." See the copyright permission form for wording. (Use InC-RUU when no rights holder has been identified or located.) Include the standard rights statement URI as appropriate.
