- Preferred rights statement for use in Iowa State University Library metadata.
- Usage:
- Use this rights statement when the item is under copyright but appropriate written permission (signed copyright permission form, etc.) has been obtained from the rights-holder(s). The rights statement should be followed by a) name(s) of the rights-holder(s); and b) who granted the permission. For example, append the following text to the rights statement: "Copyright remains with [rights-holder(s)]. Reproduced by permission of [rights-holder(s)]." See the copyright permission form for wording. (Use InC-RUU when no rights-holder has been identified or located.) When using this local rights statement, also apply the corresponding standard rights statement URI.
